Yesterday, before going to a show at Café du Nord, Becky, Leila and I had pizza from Zante’s, which is basically Indian food but on a naan-style dough, in pizza form. Amazing. So as I was walking to work today I saw one of these driving down 2nd St. My journalistic instincts kicked in — STORY! — but a quick Net research proved that all the big pubs out there covered it. Somehow I missed it when it debuted late last year. Still, looks rather cool and seems pretty fun. Anyone want to try it with me?

Has anyone else noticed that the Powell BART stop (along with ads on the Powell Cable Car) is now covered in Dove’s new ad campaign, which sports curvaceous women decked out in bras and underwear? I mean, I’m all for women as much as the next guy, but it just seems a bit overkill? I mean, c’mon. It’s a *soap* ad.
