I live in Williamsburg Brooklyn. I am most interested in renting a Caja Chino, but I am open to other cooking methods. If you have attempted a project like this I would really appreciate any advice and potential sources for the pig itself and equipment.<\/I><\/p>\n<p>Reply: <\/p>\n<p><I>I have a Caja China I would be willing to rent to you, as long as it is not on October 9th, as I will be roasting my own then. I even live in Williamsburg, so it would work out easily. I have roasted them before and can help you with any advice or recipes.<\/p>\n<p>As far as getting a pig, Esposito&#8217;s Pork Shop in Manhattan worked out really well for me last time, but that was when I had access to a vehicle.
