I&#8217;m way too busy. I&#8217;m stressed out with my trip to the East Coast tomorrow, my Econ homework, my Farsi homework, the stories that I&#8217;m working on for various publications, my thesis, worrying about getting a job vs. going to grad school (I got rejections from SIPA [Columbia] and SAIS [Hopkins] today). I&#8217;m graduating in two months. Scary.<\/p>\n<p>Congrats to Boing Boing for all their success winning at the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fairvue.com\/?feature=awards2004\">Bloggies<\/a>. I&#8217;ve been reading for about 9 months or so now &#8212; keep up the good work!<\/p>\n<p>I was thinking the other night about paradigm shifts in online usage as it applies to banking and billing. My generation, I think, is probably the first that has grown up in a purely online world when it comes to that stuff. I&#8217;ve always used online banking since I&#8217;ve had a checking account (since 2000), and I have paid every single one of my bills online, too. DSL bill, PG&#038;E bill, credit card bills, all of it. It makes my life easier, and does things likes keep track of my payment history, and account balance and all of that so I don&#8217;t have to. This is amazing &#8212; a far cry from the ledger books of my grandparents&#8217; day.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Argh. I&#8217;m way too busy.
